Last modified: 09/21/2026

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to Unisona Health Inc, a Wyoming corporation ("Unisona Health"), and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Unisona Health include unisonahealth.com. The Unisona Health application is a healthcare practice management system with an integrated electronic health record system designed to maximize positive healthcare outcomes for practices, providers, and clients. By using the Unisona Health application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Unisona Health may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

  • First and Last Name
  • Mailing Address
  • E-mail Address
  • Phone Number
  • Employer
  • Job Title

If you purchase Unisona Health's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

Unisona Health may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your:

  • Age
  • Gender
  • Race
  • Religion

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services.

Use of your Personal Information

Unisona Health collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested. Unisona Health may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Unisona Health and its affiliates.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

Unisona Health does not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes, and we do not provide customer lists to outside organizations. Unisona Health discloses your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We use service providers to host and operate the Service on our behalf. They receive information only as needed to perform their service for us, and may not use it for any other purpose. They are: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage); Vercel (application hosting and file storage); Twilio (text messages and video visits); SendGrid (email); Fax.Plus (fax); Claim.MD (insurance claims); WENO Exchange (electronic prescribing); Stripe (payment processing); and Anthropic (AI-assisted features, described below). If a clinic chooses to connect a payroll provider, staff hours are sent to that provider.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process.
  • Protection of Rights: We may disclose information when necessary to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of Unisona Health, our users, or the public.
  • Emergency Situations: We may disclose information in good faith when such action is necessary to address urgent circumstances, including potential harm to individuals or threats to public safety.

Other than the circumstances described above, Unisona Health does not share, disclose, or provide access to your personal data with any third parties.

Artificial Intelligence Features

Unisona Health includes optional tools that use artificial intelligence (AI) to help clinic staff with paperwork: rewording text in clinical notes and secure emails, and reading uploaded paper forms and insurance explanation-of-benefits documents. These tools are not available in the patient portal.

  • These tools run only when a user chooses to use them. Nothing is sent to an AI tool automatically.
  • A person reviews every AI result before it is saved. AI output is a suggestion; the clinician remains responsible for the content of the record.
  • To provide these tools, the text or document involved is sent securely to our AI service provider, Anthropic, which processes it only to return the result to us.
  • Anthropic receives protected health information under a business associate agreement, as HIPAA requires.

We do not use your data, including clinical records and protected health information, to train, improve, or fine-tune artificial intelligence models, and our AI service provider is not permitted to use it for that purpose.

Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will delete your personal information from our records and direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records. Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to complete a transaction, detect security incidents, debug and repair errors, comply with a legal obligation, or otherwise use your personal information internally in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided it.

Children Under Thirteen

Unisona Health collects personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen for the purpose of maintaining Medical Health Records. We provide information about our personal data practices for children on our home page and wherever we knowingly collect personal data from children on our application. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this application. If you are a parent and you have questions regarding our data collection practices, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this Statement of Privacy.

E-mail Communications

From time to time, Unisona Health may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email, you may opt out by replying STOP or clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE button.

External Data Storage Sites

We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.

Unisona Health reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our application, and/or by updating any privacy information. Your continued use of the application and/or Services available after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy and agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
